I love my new ring I got at Gen Con! It is a clicking counter ring and it is absolutely perfect row counter! I haven't been using it for it's intended purpose, but it works really well! I have been using it on my latest project and love how easy it is to use. It holds it's place very well with the spring action, it doesn't slip to the next numbers. As I always say "A girl can't have too many diamonds or row counters!" :) If you would like one, go to www.critsuccess.com and check them out.
My Friday classes were a blast! It was wonderful to meet everyone and spread around the love for knitting! I do have a refresher video that accompanies the class, but unfortunately, the link was broken. I have now fixed it and I hope it will help! Here it is!
I will be at Gen Con all day today in ICC 205-206 teaching classes. If you have room in your schedule, I still have room in my Dr. Who Cowl class (2:00 pm) and Knit a Hat! Class (4:00 pm). Hope to see you there! Are you ready! I am! I can't wait to go and have all sorts of Gen Con fun! Don't forget to add my classes to your plans! Here they are: Visit the Gen Con tab above to get more info.
Check out my latest design on the cover of Cast On Magazine! This sweater is a great one for summer. Nice and flowy and comfy! It uses 2 types of yarn - lace weight and DK weight. The lighter stripes are the lace weight and adds a nice bit of sheer to the sweater. I made one for myself in teal blue. I love it!
I am going to be teaching again this year at Who's Yer Con! My classes are on April 2. Check out my Who's Yer Con tab to get more info! Looking forward to it!

"From the book:Who can resist a vampire when it’s so darn adorable? This cute little bunny is based off the James Howe series, Bunnicula! Very easy to knit up for the intermediate knitter, or the knitter looking to dive into toys for the first time. Head and body are knit together, with the legs and ears knit separately." NEW CLASS ADDED! This just in! I will be teaching at Who's Yer Con in Indianapolis on April 17th. I'll be teaching a "Knit Your Own Wizard Beard" class from noon to 2 pm. All materials are provided in class and a materials fee of $20 will be collected at the beginning of class. Learn to knit and game all at the same convention! What more can you ask for? I have been keeping myself quite busy this Christmas! One hat done, one sweater in the finishing stages and just beginning another sweater! I think I might finish before Christmas this year! This might be the first year - ever... I am excited to give these out this year. I think the recipients will really like them!
